No. Guest booking is always the default. We only ask for the info required to send a truck and reach you.

We don't publish a rate card. Send a request or call, and Ethos Towing confirms the full price with you on the phone — before you commit and before a truck rolls.

What kinds of vehicles can you tow?

Light- to medium-duty vehicles on a flatbed: sedans, SUVs, pickups, minivans and motorcycles. For heavy commercial trucks, please call us.

Can you tow AWD or a vehicle that won't roll?

Accepted Answer

Yes — flatbed towing is ideal for AWD/4WD vehicles and non-rolling cars. Toggle the 'rolls and steers' checkbox during booking so we send the right equipment.

What if I'm just outside the service area?

Start a request or call Ethos Towing. We often cover neighbouring areas depending on traffic and truck availability.

Do you take payment through the site?

Accepted Answer

Payment is collected by the driver on site. Card, tap-to-pay and cash are accepted, and you'll get a receipt by email on request.
